I'm very happy to recommend Bill to anyone looking to start an osCommerce website.
We contacted Bill with a design for our website and he did a fantastic job of implementing it. Some of the design features were more of a challenge than we realised, but Bill refused to be defeated and kept at it until both he and we were satisfied with the final look.
